Vulcan Lodge has a new Master Mason

Bro.  George Sawaya was raised to the degree of Master Mason tonight.  Bro.  George has been a member of our Lodge for 2 years and has proven himself as a great friend and Brother.  Getting to know George over the past 2 years has been my absolute pleasure.

A special thanks to Bro. David Cooksey for having the Lodge room set up, all props in place, and handling the music.  This was possibly one of the best orchestrated degrees we have performed during my time as Master.

Congratulations Bro. George I hope you truly enjoyed the experience.

  2. Brethren,

My utmost thanks to you for your excellent performance of the degree. It was a sublime experience and I am all the better for it.

Despite my own uncertanties or trepedations about being a master mason, it is your confidence as well as Bro. David’s and Bro. Michaels confidence in me that makes me feel worthy of the degree. So long as you, my brethren, deem me worthy of your fraternity and of this degree I shall strive to earn my stay.

    Sincerely,
    George Sawaya
